Hamper Subscription T’s And C’s 

  • The Subscription is a monthly auto renewal service. You subscribe to receive a hamper on a monthly basis. The monthly subscription amount will be deducted automatically from your credit/debit card.
  • You will be reminded 3 – 4 days before your upcoming monthly order, whereupon the credit/debit card deduction will be processed.
  • You can cancel at any time with 7 (seven) days written notice. We should receive your cancelation no later than 7 seven days before the next month’s order. Cancelations will be accepted once the order has paid and been processed.
  • Once the monthly order payment has been successful, you will be sent a delivery date. You will receive communication from us to confirm a delivery date.
  • No special packaging instructions are available on the monthly hamper orders. 
  • Valid Online only and only available to hamper subscribers.
  • Subscription offers and benefits may be amended, varied or changed without any prior notice.

 

Fleisherei Club Subscription T’s And C’s 

  • The Subscription is a monthly club subscription, comprising of R1000 payment per month, resulting in a R1000 credit on your account with added benefits such as special offers and a free birthday coupon. This subscription is a monthly auto renewal service which means that the subscription amount will be deducted automatically from your credit/debit card 
  • You will be reminded 3 – 4 days before your upcoming monthly subscription, whereupon the credit/debit card deduction will be processed.
  • Once the monthly order payment has been successful, you will receive a mail with a coupon code for your free shipping. 
  • After your 3rd consecutive monthly payment you will receive a R50 coupon which will be mailed  to you and available in the coupons tab in my account 
  • After your 6th consecutive monthly payment you will receive a R75 coupon which will be mailed  to you and available in the coupons tab in my account 
  • After your 12th consecutive monthly payment you will receive a R100 coupon which will be mailed  to you and available in the coupons tab in my account 
  • The coupons will only be valid whilst you are a Fleisherei Club Member. The coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or be combined with another subscription offer or benefit.
  • Coupons will expire in 30 days after issued. 
  • Your coupon can not be used for any discount on other memberships or subscription 
  • Your Free Shipping coupon is only valid for 1 time use (per month).
  • The discount coupons are only for 1 time use (per month).
  • Coupons are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or user.
  • Please enter your birthday at checkout to be eligible for your Free Birthday Coupon. Birthday coupons will only apply after a minimum of 3 (three) consecutive months of successful orders.  Only valid whilst being an active club member and does not apply if membership has been cancelled.

General Subscription T’s And C’s 

  • You will have two (2) payment options available in order to purchase a subscription and/or membership (Credit Card/Debit Card and EFT).
  • You will be reminded 3 – 4 days before your next monthly order of the payment that needs to be made by your preferred payment method.
  • We do not store any of your payment details as all payments are done by means of our authorised third party financial provider.
  • Our subscription services are strictly Online Only. 
  • You can cancel your hamper or membership subscription at any time with 7 (seven) days written notice.
  • Upon cancelation all benefits will be revoked and lapse.  No benefit or accrued benefit or credit will be provided upon cancelation of any subscription.
  • All subscription options are subject to our standard online terms and conditions as available on our website.
