The UNCLE JOE’S biltong division is part of the FLEISHEREI group. THIS APPLICATION FORM WILL BE SUBMITTED TO BILTONG AT ZA (PTY) LTD t/a FLEISHEREI (referred to as the “Franchisor”), Address: Fleisherei Building, 221 Landshut Drive, Louwlardia, Centurion. Gauteng, South Africa.

Please take note: The applicant should provide accurate information. This document is submitted by the Applicant to the Franchisor.  This document is not an agreement and this document shall not bind the Franchisor to any contractual obligations.

You understand that any formal relationship with the Franchisor will be subject to further documentation including the Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement and other related agreements and legal documentation. You also understand that the approval of this application will be in the sole discretion of the Franchisor and no representation is made by the Franchisor of any proposed approval of this application. You furthermore agree and provide your consent that the Franchisor, including all entities and suppliers forming part of the FLEISHEREI company group, may collect and use this information and additional information to be provided by me/us to approve and/or to proceed with the proposed franchise transaction, including the further use and processing for the purposes of finalising, administering and managing the proposed franchise transaction and possible continuous franchise business relationship. The Franchisor shall only use the information for the purposes as provided.
